Manny's annual regime for 2008 is as follows:
- Lose 1 kilogram per month for 5 months
- On the 6th month no weight needs to shed.
- For the remainder of the year lose 1 kilo every 2 months.
- Increase muscle mass by 13.4% in the first 6 months.
- Take up Parkour. ( first half of year)
- Begin a Williamstown Branch of Parkour ........or a branch in the West.
- Become a volunteer.
- Stop smoking from March 1st.
