Regime 2008

Manny's annual regime for 2008 is as follows:
  • Lose 1 kilogram per month for 5 months
  • On the 6th month no weight needs to shed.
  • For the remainder of the year lose 1 kilo every 2 months.
  • Increase muscle mass by 13.4% in the first 6 months.
  • Take up Parkour. ( first half of year)
  • Begin a Williamstown Branch of Parkour ........or a branch in the West.
  • Become a volunteer.
  • Stop smoking from March 1st.
  • Learn more about Archimedes
  • Eat more Quail....................
